The following license agreement is granted for ALL Bundle Products or Libraries and music purchased on this site or on Bandcamp and all other partner websites.  You MUST agree to the terms below before using our sound effects. We are real & honest people we hope you are honest too. Please reach out to us anytime if you have any questions.

GRANT OF LICENSE

After buying one or more of our sound effect libraries, FREESOUNDLIBRARIES  grants the Licensee (You), a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use all or any of the sound effects laid out in this agreement.

RIGHTS GRANTED

1) Licensee can use the licensed sound effects on an unlimited number of projects for the entirety of their lifetime.

2) Licensee can use the licensed sound effects for personal and commercial projects without attribution to Compose Like a Pro.

3) Licensee can use the licensed sound effects for synchronization for audio and visual projects without limitations. These project can be the following:

• Films, television, radio, documentaries and commercials
• Virtual Instruments within software
  
• Video games
• Podcasts and audio dramas
• Streamingservices like Twitch
• Applications including software (do NOT upload my original soundfiles)
• YouTube productions (do NOT upload my original soundfiles as standalone)
• Spotify (do NOT upload my original soundfiles as standalone)
  
• Blogs and websites
• School, university projects
  
• Presentations, conferences, exhibitions, Prisons etc.
  
• Concerts, theater, musical compositions and performances
  
• Prototype projects again: please do NOT upload my original soundfiles as standalone
  
• Royalty-Free for any musical compositions

4) The licensee may transform the licensed sound effects and offer them back WITHOUT attribution or royalties to FREESOUNDLIBRARIES only. But you may not resell any of my original sounds.

RESTRICTIONS

1) Licensee can’t sell any of the licensed sound effects in its original form for commercial gain & claim ownership. 

2) Licensee can’t upload any of the licensed sound effects in its original form to YouTube, Spotify or any other media platform, claim ownership or for commercial gain!

3) If Licensee is a professional sound library company, app developer for virtual instruments, kontakt or plugins and likes to use our original sound effects & ambience recordings for commercial gain, we always offer non exclusive payouts. 

4) Our sound effects must not be shared with any person. Are not allowed to be distributed or shared on other websites, on social networks, file sharing platforms, CD, DVD or any other medium.

5) Please do not upload or share links to download our sounds and music to YouTube or any other video or audio network where the primary value is to share our sounds or music outside of a production.

COPYRIGHT

Our sound effects and music are licensed to you only, not sold on a non-exclusive basis in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
No intellectual property rights are transferred to you. Therefore, our sound effects and music may be used royalty-free in your projects, but we retain all copyright at all times.

Warrantie

FREESOUNDLIBRARIES provides the sound effects and music files on this website or other partner sites but provide no warranties or conditions of any kind. While we have taken absolute care and precautions to ensure the sound effects we provide are error free, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your systems as a result of downloading and using our sound effects.

Free Downloads and CREDITS

FREESOUNDLIBRARIES provides multiple sound effects, libraries and music on this site or on Bandcamp that you can download for free of charge.

Especially for these free downloads Credits must be added to the project itself, for example in your YouTube video description, app or game credits page or your projects related website or blog etc. We are flexible on how you do this, but we recommend something like:
